Profiles in Energy

The Emery County Progress, Sun Advocate, Uintah Basin Standard, and Vernal Express are pleased to publish Profiles in Energy.

This edition published the week of October 22, 2008, and offers a wonderful advertising medium for energy related companies in the industry.

This unique publication focuses on the energy businesses that serve as the backbone of our economy. We have distributed 21,000 copies in an effort to maximize your message to the people who live in Utah's energy region and share an interest in oil and gas.

Editorial content includes stories about the production of oil and gas as well as explaining how energy companies are involved with the communities they serve through donations, foundations, environmental reclamation and much more.

We also discuss the permitting process, economic predictions, impacts of growth, future projections, and include comments from state officials and a glossary of oil and gas terms.

Readers of the four newspapers, as well as others throughout the state of Utah, have (or will soon) receive Profiles in Energy. Additional copies will be provided to the chambers of commerce in Price, Roosevelt and Vernal, which will be used as informational packets and mailed out to people requesting information about the area.
